I have recently had the computer cleaned from loads of viruses. Now I am
unable to get into Microsoft Outlook, every time I go into it it crashes. I
have deleted Office 2000 & reinstalled it + downloading all the suggested
Microsoft updates from their site, but it still will not work. I have loads
of saved e-mails logged here that I want to access but am unable to do so.
Can any body help

What error do you get and what is logged to the Event Viewer?

Tips of the month:
-Properly back-up and restore your Outlook data
-Creating a Permanent New Mail Desktop Alert in Outlook 2003

I get a window that states that there is an error and the program must
close...then it does!
