outlook Journal

I recently switched pc at work on now Journal doesn't
record entries. The old entries are still there just
nothing new. I can create entries manually while in
Journal. I have check the registery and everything seems
to be enabled. I have turned Journal off and on several
times with no effect. Our IT people don't support the
Journal function. Any suggestions??

I have the same problem. It has been asked on here many

times with no answers. It seems with all of the minutia
issues that are resolved, that something this major would
get some attention.
