Brian: Good point. (I hit send before I realized there was a message
space...)

So, in the electronic signature area, I changed my font from Microsoft Sans
Serif to Calibri. I am using three different colors and two of the lines in
the signature are in bold. The two lines that are bolded are changed to
Times New Roman when I make a new message. Sometimes the size of the font is
changed as well.

I also changed all the fonts to Calibri in my personal stationary area. Is
there another place where I should have made changes? Is it the font that I
chose (Calibri)?

Thanks for your help. --Emily

Make sure you always include your Outlook version as well when you post and if
you use an Outlok version earlier than 2007, which editor you're using.

Unfortunately, I'm almost the last person to ask about signature behavior. I
never send messages in anything but Plain Text. My Plain Text signature
always works exactly as I want it to work. I steer clear of stationery as
well (obviously, since I use Plain Text). Perhaps someone else will be able
to guide you with this particular issue. I've seen it mentioned before.
