Outlook is changing the date of the messages

Hello, I have Outlook 2007 and is happening curious things with it, I had a
mail from January 1st and today when I open it, It changes the date for
today's date, what is happening and how can I solve this?
Or can you provide with an Outlook tool to help me on this matter?

Are you sure you're looking at the "Received" date? What date value changes?

I, for one, cannot think of any process that would or even could change the
dates of messages already received.
 
Actually is the system the one chaning the date.

Doesn't change my answer. I can't think of any mechanism that would change
the receoved dates of existing received messages outside of an import.
