Outlook interop to 2003 and XP

Is the Primary Interop Assemblies available for 2003
(http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/...3a-ac14-4125-8ba0-d36d67e0f4ad&displaylang=en)
backward compatible with Outlook XP? I would like the ability to have
my code work for both 2003 and XP.
