Outlook install failure

Hell

I have just done an XP Home OS reload because we couldn't solve a hardware issue any other way. I have re-installed Outlook and it completely fails to work. It is not possible to set up data files or email accounts from any point. I have tried repairing and re-installing to no avail

I have also tried to use the mail button in the control panel but I have the same problem

the only error message that I have been able to get is 'can't communicate with the registry'

I'm veyr much stuck right now and would appreciate any help

What do you mean by "fails to work" - what error are you getting? In any
case, you probably will want to check with the Outlook newsgroups for
assistance (any newsgroup starting with "microsoft.public.outlook)
