Outlook inserting a name on enter

When I edit a message for forwarding and hit enter Outlook is inserting the
previous users name inside of brackets into the email. What's up with this?
Any help would be appreciated.

Tools - Options - Preferences - E-mail Options - 'Mark my comments with'

Thanks for the tip. Unfortunately that does not appear to be the issue.
That box is grayed out and there is nothing there. Any other ideas?

I should have specified that needs to be checked in Word.
