I was having problems with my internet the other day and a
technician suggested that I use Netscape instead of
explorer so I installed netscape and began to use it. I
quickly realized that that person was wrong and
uninstalled netscape and continued to use explorer well
whenever I try to click on a hyperlink in my Outlook email
nothing happens. It used to bring up a new explorer
window or the netscape window when I had it installed but
now it does nothing.

How get the default browser to be explorer for opening my
hyperlinks in an email document?

You need to change the associated application for opening these items under
Windows Explorer->Tools->Folder Options->File Types.
