Hi :-;

I was using office xp prof and Outlook 2002 SP3 with Win XP prof SP2. Then I
installed / upgraded to office 2007 as i was having problem in outlook pst
file 2 GB limitation. I had to upgrade no choice.

After upgrading, sometimes when I send / forward emails my outlook will hang
moemnterally for say about 2 - 3 minutes and then it clears it.

This happens frequently which is irritating me a lot in my work.

Please if anyone can help me out from this outlook problem.

An upgrade doesnt upgrade the data file format, so unless you specifically
created a new unicode pst, and set this as defualt, you are still using the
origonal ansi format pst
So are you using the new format pst?

Not true, really. You can have multiple PSTs.

Are you aware that upgrading Outlook to 2007 did NOT change your PST and that
it still have the 2GB limit?

Within Outlook, tree View, select Personal Folders, rt Click, Properties,
Advanced
Format: if old format it will show 97 - 2002, if unicode it will simply
state Personal Folder File
