Outlook Freezes on startup

Hi
have an issue where outlook is freezing on startup but
eventually comes right after 5 mins. Once started its fine
but it displays this message after a couple of minutes
"Another application has the Switch Identities or Identity
login dialog open. Please close this before continuing."
But there are no other programs running and i can't seem
to source what outlook is talking about. This only occurs
on startup any help would be appreciated.

Outlook doesn't have identities. Ask in an Outlook Express newsgroup.
