Outlook Form

I have created an outlook form, when I send that form out to others they are unable to forwarded it anyone else except fo
my self. does anyone know how to remove to security feature

What kind of form? What happens when they try? What steps are you following
to "send that form out to others"?

FYI, there is a separate newsgroup for Outlook forms issues --
