Outlook for resume database

How can i use Outlook Contacts to store resumes and do keyword search for job
criteria? Is there a way to create a folder for each job and store resume
contacts within?

Any general tips on how to use Outlook for resume collection would be much
appreciated.

Outlook is not a good Human Resources data base, in my opinion. I'm
confident that there are Human Resources progams better suited to the task.
