Outlook folders mirroring anothe drive

I would like for my folders in Outlook to mirror my folders on another drive.
Is it posssible to have this done atumatically whenever I add a folder to
one or the other?

No. Outlook's "folders" aren't real. They're simply keys in the data store
that are presented to you in a folder structure. They are not file system
objects and all your Outlook "folders" are really in the same file.
