OUTLOOK - FLAG STATUS INCONSISTENCY

I've noticed in my experience with replying to emails,
that the flag status that indicates the email was replied
to (the pink arrow pointing to the right), does not show
consistently. Sometimes it displays and sometimes it does
not. Has anyone experienced this? Does anyone know how to
resolve this?

I suspect it might be because you need to click on the Send/Receive button. If this doesn't work, click on Help - Detect and Repair to repair Outlook
