Outlook File transfer

Can my old Outlook files on my Windows 2000 system be copied and then put in
to my Oulook file on my new Windows XP system?

I just did it myself. You must first locate the *.pst file, You can search
for it, but you have to make sure you set Windows to show hidden files and
their extensions. You can simply copy your *.pst file to some suitable
medium, usually a CD, so you can transfer the information. Insert the CD in
the XP machine For some reason, you can't imkport the data directly from the
CD. Therefore, copy it to any folder, such as desktop. Then open OL on the
XP machine and import the data.
