Outlook File Location(s)?

Outlook doesn't have a separate address book. It uses your Contacts folder.
I would also appreciate it if you can also tell me the filename &
location for stored e-mails. Are these in one file or several?

C:\Documents and Settings:\username\Local Settings\Application
Data\Microsoft\Outlook\*.pst or C:\Documents and
Settings:\username\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook\*.pst
