outlook failed to get the Sync objects.

I'm trying to send and receive emails on Outlook. When I click on
send/receive button I'm getting message coming up "Opertion fail"

An another message is coming up

Outlook failed to get the Sync objects. This is probably because
outlook has not been properly configured for off-line mode.

Outlook was working before this can up and I have not changed any setting.

With Outlook closed, try deleting the *.SRS file found at:

\documents and settings\<USERID>\application data\microsoft\oultook

ps - application data is a hidden/system folder, so make sure you configure
windows explorer to show you these types of files
