Hi
I'm using Windows XP Home & Outlook Express 6. On 2
occasions when I started my Computer and went into
Outlook Express it opened up but with the hourglass
showing instead as the cursor. It showed no folders & no
toolbar on the screen. So I went into the folderC:\
Documents and Settings\-MyName \Local
Settings\Application Data\Identities\{XXXX Numbers}
\Microsoft\Outlook Express only to find out that all the
folders had disapeared. I also made sure that the hidden
folders were visible as well. Then I had no option but to
reformat the hard drive. [what a job] Is it possible to
repair this Oulook Express program & how is it done or
has anybody a better solution?
HELP!!!! regards Fritz

Go to: Start>Run>Type in: regsvr32 inetcomm.dll - Press: Enter.
{Note the space after 32}.

Thank you very much for the advice Bruce.Next time when I
encounter the same probem I'll do what you've suggested.
Regards Fritz
