Test email after each step

0. Make sure your connected to the internet

1. Recheck account information, make sure account is not case sensitive (most are), close OE and restart computer before attempting to re-connect.

2. Make sure your account is still active with the ISP and that the ISP is not having an e-mail outage

3. Disable any Antivirus/Firewal

4. Recreate an Identity and the email account and test again.
