I recently reinstalled Windows 98. Consequently, I've had
to reinstall many of my programs. My wife uses Outlook
Express for e-mail and when she tries to use it, she can
recieve e-mail, however when she tries to send it says
that there is a problem with the address book and we need
to reinstall outlook express. The challenge comes in that
I have another program which conflicts with Outlook, thus
I can't have it on my computer. Is it possible to install
just Outlook Express without installing Outlook?
