Was wondering if anyone can advise on what to do when Outlook express freezes everytime I try to go to my inbox, deleted ,sent etc all work as does receiving mail but I cant view anything at all on the inbox page.
Have tried to deselect it reboot & reselect but it didnt help, have run virus checks & show nothing.
We had a power cut & the inbox was open at the time , hasnt worked since we had surge arrestor connnected to pc power??
any help appreciated.

You may have to create a new Inbox folder. But first you can try to
extract whatever messages are in the Inbox. If you create a new Inbox any
messages in the current Inbox will be deleted.
You can always do a file search on your PC for the *.dbx. Then locate the
Inbox and rename it to Inbox.old or Inbox.bak (to save it just in case).
