Outlook Express

I just upgraded to Windows XP (home edition). My address
book got lost. Everytime I open Outlook Express, I get
the msg. " the address book failed to load. Outlook
Express is incorrectly configured, please reinstall." I
have reintalled several time, still get the same msg and
no address book.
