Outlook Express

During the use of Outlook express, when I click on a internet address or
link from mail, I can not connect directly to the link. Nothing happens! I
looked everywhere for Outlook express tips in how to do files, but little

Internet shortcuts in Outlook Express do not start Web browser

I checked out the site. internet explorer is not an option in the internet
programs, only outlook is listed.
