WHEN I RECIVE A MESSAGE WITH ATTACHMENTS, OFTEN IT IS
IN "MIME" AND ALL I GET IS A GARBLE OF LETTERS AND
NUMBERS. WHAT CAN I DO TO ENABLE MY COMPUTER TO
READ "MIME"?

Multipurpose Internet Mail Extensions (MIME). MIME extends the format of
Internet mail to allow non-US-ASCII textual messages, non-textual messages,
multipart message bodies, and non-US-ASCII information in message headers.
Hee Hee funny..........
