It would be a really good idea to ask that question in a newsgroup devoted
either to Windows Mail or Windows XP. This one is devoted to Q&A about
Microsoft Access database software.
I know Windows Mail comes as part of Vista. The people in the other
newsgroup should be able to tell you if it is available separately and if it
can be loaded and executed in Win XP.
As for me, I'm a little reluctant to take advice as non-specific as "Should
be able to. Good luck."
