I just reinstalled xp. I saved my outlook express data. Now when I try to
change the maintenance tab for a different store. It wipes out the data.

Also my address book does not show the groups after I import my .wab file.
If I double click on the wab file it shows my address and groups.

My data is here but I can't get to it. Since I reinstalled xp is there a
registry setting or a folder that I need to change.

any suggestion

You must first create the new folder to hold the store before moving it:

Groups and folders neither import nor export. (Is MS Office or Outlook also
installed?)

If you imported your saved data but then changed the store before you
created its new folder, the data is history.
