outlook express

I'm new to computers, since Sept. 2006. For the past couple of months all my
e-mail has been going to outlook, all though it is not my default e-mail. I
do get some bulk mail in my default mail, but nothing ever in the in-box.
And important mail ends up in my bulk mail of Outlook and nothing in the
in-box. It can be very frustrating.
 
You may have failed to setup the correct account(s) in Outlook Express. You
might have then setup in MS Outlook instead. Just because OE is the default
mail app, does not necessarily make it activate all your email addresses.

To be sure OE is the default, open the start menu item "Set Program Access
and Defaults"

The open OE , tools menu, Accounts, and create the needed email accounts,
checking the checkbox in the properties of the account to 'check this account
when checking email"

The open MS Outlook, and use the tools menu, Options, to remove the account
you don't want it to check.

On the Tools menu, click E-mail Accounts.
Select View or change existing e-mail accounts, and then click Next.
Click the e-mail account you want to delete, and then click Remove.
Click Finish.
