outlook express

Hello! Can anyone tell me where to look and get DETAILED
instructions on how to re-install my outlook express!
Something wiped it completely out! I still have access
to the internet and can pick up my email from my cable
service provider. I keep getting the error
message "Outlook express has been removed from your
computer, please re-install. I need Help! Thank You!
P.S. I don't want to sit on the phone with Dell technical
support for three hours unless I absolutley have to.

Enable Reinstallation of Internet Explorer or OE (Line 114)

After running this edit, rename the CatRoot2 folder (Windows\CatRoot2) and
then go to Start/Run and enter %SystemRoot%\Inf.
Locate the MSOE50.INF file. Right click it and select Install.
