anyone tell me how to fix this?

Have you checked that all your mail settings are correct and that nothing has
changed ie your server password

First of all be sure you are connected to the internet and your Account
Name is correct and you typed the password and the Outgoing/incoming e-mail
servers correct.
If you have a Firewall try to allow Outlook access to the internet to get
the e-mails from the server and have contact with whichever server you will
send or receive from, ZA is famous for being making it difficult to connect
or allow exchange of traffics (inbound/outbound).

Read this on how to configure the POP on the outlook account :
"OLEXP: Error Finding POP3 or SMTP Servers When You Send or Receive E-mail
Messages"
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/274456/en-us?spid=2578&sid=139

"OL2000: (CW) Error Message "The Server Could Not Be Found" Using ICS
Connection"
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/252322/
HTH.
Let us know.
Regards,
nass

Go to Tools>>Accounts then select the account in question and click
properties you must then use the tabs to locate where your POP3 and SMTP
settings are and verify those are correct

The POP3 server is the computer on the internet where your mail arrives;
it's provided by your ISP. It's the place that Outlook Express goes to to
collect your mail and download it to your computer.

If Outlook express can't find it it, presumably you've specified the wrong
server name. Contact your ISP for the correct name and for help on setting
this up correctly in Outlook Express.

Is this a sudden, new problem or an ongoing one? Has this account ever
worked in OE?
