Outlook Express

About a month ago I noticed that I no longer have the
ability to use my spell checker in outlook express. Any
ideas on what caused this and how can I get it working
again? Also I can no longer launch outlook express from
the windows explorer directory, when I select "send to"
and then "mail receipient" nothing happens. I have to
create a new message and then open windows explorer and
drag the file into the mail window. This also use to work
but for some reason it no longer does.

HELP!!!
