everytime I try to forward a message in outlook express a box pops up
and says one or more pictures could not be found do you want to send
anyway. Never used to do this any ideas?
 
The message you are trying to forward contains a link to one or more
pictures that are not on your hard disk.

This problem commonly shows up when people blindly press the Forward icon.
 
Blindly? So how does one forward such messages?

You can't attach an file that isn't stored on your hard disk.

Furthermore, good forwarding etiquette includes, among other things:
1. asking the sender for permission to forward;
2. removing the addresses of previous recipients unless you have
received permission to expose their addresses in your forward; and
3. editing the forward message to make it easy to read.

In addition, it's good practice to ask intended recipients if they are
interested in receiving forwarded email from you.
