Outlook Express

This is the second message sent to you, i am having
problems with Outlook Express..everytime i go into
Outlook to check mail a box pops up with user name as
choward5 and the password box is clear, i talked with
Road Runner and and they could not help me so they told
me to consult Microsoft Support...first they sent me to
another area to change my password but that didn't work
either...hopefully you can help me...
