Dannie

I received an email today with an attachment for "Fwd_Fw_Things to do at
Walmart.eml". I could not see it and wonder how I could. It came from
someone having an AOL account.
TIA
Dannie
Researching I came up with an Internet E-Mail Message.

The 1st thing to do is make sure you got the email from someone you know,
and then email them and make sure they sent the email. I'd bet it's a virus,
and since it's a Fw I'd delete it in any event if it came into my mail box.
Email with attachments is most likely the way most virus get into
computers!!

Did it have an attachment? I'm not suggesting you open it unless you
know where it came from, but here is a reply to an often asked
question.

If they are from an AOL or Compuserve user they may be layered as many
times as it has been forwarded. When you open an attachment and only
see a blank page, keep putting the cursor on the text in the
attachment line / Right click / Open. Keep doing this and you'll
eventually get to the original attachment and be able to view it.

You can also highlight the message header and press Ctrl & F3 to just
read the text of the message. You can also see who sent it here.
