Hi, I have small LAN running windows XP pro and we check our emails using
Outlook Express, we have to leave a copy on the server for certin time the
problem is we recieve like 100 bad emails every day so is there any way to
stop it or I have to make a rule inside outlook express to move them to the
delete item but please I would like to rmind you again that we need to leave
a copy from our emails on the ISP server and is there a way to delete them
from the server but the other normal and trusted emails stay as is in the
server. Please I need some help. Thanks in advance

Most ISPs have anti spam software that you can manipulate.

Some have 'web mail' agents so that you can review the email before
downloading it to your PC.

Some have email rules agents that you can establish in order to redirect, or
dsend to trash bin.

Check with your ISP, if they are worth a penny they should have some or all
of these tools available.

If you're referring to spam, try an anti Spam software like SPAMBUTCHER
(www.spambutcher.com/) or something. This removes mail off your POP3 mail
server before you actually see it. It is client based software. There might
be other tools around that are better suited to business solutions...
