Ever since my recent switch to a new internet service provider, my outllok express e-mail seems to have become somewhat unreliable, so I run microsoft network diagnostics and get a "FAILED" report. The message associateed with this report is thus:

+ Default Outlook Express Mail mail.isp.com / mail.isp.com FAILED
InBoundMailPort = 110
+ InBoundMailServer = mail.isp.com (FAILED)
Ping request could not find host mail.isp.com. Please check the name and try again.
InBoundMailType = POP3
Unable to connect to mail.isp.com port 110
OutBoundMailPort = 25
+ OutBoundMailServer = mail.isp.com (FAILED)
Ping request could not find host mail.isp.com. Please check the name and try again.
OutBoundMailType = SMTP
Unable to connect to mail.isp.com port 25
Default Outlook Express News Not Configured
Internet Explorer Web Proxy

I disabled my firwall and ran the test again with the same failed report.

any help would be greatly apreciated
