outlook express

I have recently changed my ISP as I have broadband now. Of course I let
everybody know my new email address but some of my friends say that when
they send me emails they come back and say they can't be delivered. I have
checked my blocked senders list and their addresses are not there. Is there
another thing that might be causing this? I have contacted my ISP and they
say that they don't filter mail and that I should be getting it.

I know that I should be sending this to an OE newsgroup, but could not find
one to subscribe to can someone help with a link. Also can you help with IE
link? Thanks
 
i had the same problem when i change from dial up to high speed, new
address did not seem to work but mail from old e mail addrress came
through
all i did was add both account to outllook express tools/account
