Outlook Express window minimized

Since installing SP2 my Outlook Express window always opens minimized
in the top left of my screen. If I close with window maximized it
still opens minimized. I can’t find any setting that would control
this. Can anyone help me with this annoying though not serious problem
 
First, *close all other windows*. Now, grab the corners of the
window and drag it to full screen size. Close the window using
File>Close, or File>Exit depending what program you're in. Windows
will remember the last screen size used the next time you open the
program.

This trick always works for me. Open IE then click on a link and choose
"open in a new window". In this new window drag the IE browser at the
corners and make it fit the screen. Go back to the original page and choose
File > close then go back to the new page that you resized and do the same
File > close.

Sorry Steve
The problem is with Outlook Express not Internet Explorer. I tried
opening a message and resizing the windows but nothing seems to make
the program open maximized.
John
