outlook express update

I just installed window 2000 pro into one of my colleague's machine, I
wonder how to update the outlook express 5 to version 6? Can I just goto
microsoft's website to download IE6.0?

Just run Windows Update

You can, but you may be better off looking for it on a PC magazine cover
disc.
