OutLook Express stopped working

OutLook Express just stopped working. My e-mails download, all looks normal except you can not open and read them. You can read the subject lines but not the e-mail themselves.
 
Some things to try:

Go to Start
Then select: Run
Type in: regsvr32 inetcomm.dll
Then press Enter.

If that didn’t work then in Outlook Express
On the Menu select Tools
Then select: Options
Then select: Read
Then select: Fonts
Change the default encoding setting to Western European (ISO)
Finally in Internet Explorer delete the Temporary Internet Files including all
offline content.
