OUTLOOK EXPRESS STALLS

On opening OE this morning, the program stalls after the
folders are loaded but no messages appear and the
hourglass just hangs there. OE on our other computer
works fine.

Possibly related or not, for over a month I've been
getting two error messages repeatedly... rng.exe
application failure and NotifyAlert.exe application
failure. I've no idea if these are connected or not.

Where you able to find out what the rng.exe is for.
