outlook express spell checker

I recently installed Office 2007 on my computer. I checked the English
language box but my Spell checker converted to French on Outlook Express for
my email. I tried using Tools-Options to change it but the only option it
gives me in the drop down box is French. How do I change it to English?

Either by installing the English proofing tools from Office 2003 or prior if
you have it, or by downloading and installing an English spell check for OE.
