outlook express slow start

Hi,

Normally my outlook express starts immediately after a dubble click.
After a while (few weeks later) it takes about 30-45 seconds before the
program appears on my screen.
A defragmentation doesn't help.

What can i do to make it fast again ??
 
Try posting this in an Outlook Express news group - this is not one of them.
Outlook is a part of Microsoft Office and is what this group supports.
Outlook Express is a part of Internet Explorer and has its own news groups.
