Is the location of the Outlook Express Signature Directory the same as Outlook?

%AppData%\Microsoft\Signatures

Would you mind giving me the full path - I don't personally have it
installed but I need to help a friend save some files there and I need to do
this over the phone.

You can't access it to save directly. You'll have to set up signatures in OE
and save there. Tools>Options>signatures.
 
I am sure that it is a "hidden directory" but that can be worked around. If
you can tell me the direct path I'll be able to access the directory.
