Outlook Express shouldn't empty the deleted folder when I open it

When I go to the deleted folder of Outlook Express to retrieve a message it
always starts emptying the folder. It leaves the newest of the deleted
messages, but sometimes I'm looking for an older deleted message.

I think emptying of the deleted folder should be a manual process.

If you don't want to lose the message, DON'T DELETE IT! easy!
