outlook express setup

Ran a recovery on my computer not the e-mail will not work. In the account
properties on the servers tab ... I don't know what goes in the space after
Incoming mail (POP3):_____________________ and Outgoing mail
(SMTP):__________________ ..... Please help ....
My ISP is peoplepc.com

Contact your ISP for your server settings.

Also note that this is an Microsoft Office Outlook forum.

Outlook Express is family of Internet Explorer and Outlook of the Office
family.
