Forgive me if this has been addressed. This is my first time here and I did
do a search for any related threads and came up empty.
Here is my question.
We are a small office of 14 people. We are looking for a way to use Outlook
Express on the server as a calendar.
Basically, we would like all PC's in the office to be able to access a
calendar that lets us know where any given person is at
any given time. For example, John Doe would fill in the calendar that he is
on vacation such and such a date. If we get a call for him,
we could access the common calendar and know where he is.
That is a simple example. Basically, we also want to include stuff
like..."Stan...Job Meeting at School...Wednesday, April 12, 2:00 - 4:00.
I think you get the idea. We simply want an electronic "in and out" board
so we know where everyone is at any given time.
TIA for any help in this matter.

Note that this is an Microsoft Office Outlook forum and for your question
you are actually in the right newsgroup by mistake.

Outlook Express doesn't include a Calendar but Microsoft Office Outlook
does.

Outlook Express is family of Internet Explorer and Outlook of the Office
family.

Good Luck!
