Outlook Express Security

I am trying to send a Microsofr Access file via email. Outlook express keeps
blocking the attachment. Can this be overcome? I cannot find any options to
allow this transmission.

Have you tried changing the file extension to a .txt and send instructions to
change it back to an Access file upon receipt?
