Outlook Express Security Settings

I have adjusted my security settings for outlook express
and everything else I can think of, and I am STILL unable
to open ANY attachment to incoming emails. Every time, I
get the message: "OE removed access to the following
unsafe attachments in your mail:" I cannot believe that
every single attachment sent to me since I bought this
machine in September has been unsafe. We're talking
church committee minutes here, guys. PLEASE tell me how
to fix this.

Tools|Options Security tab: un-check "Do not allow attachments to be saved
or opened..." and then click Apply.
