Outlook Express restore back up

I back up my Outlook emails and from time to time back
them up on a CD Rom. However, sometimes I need to access
them. How to access or restore emails to Outlook
 
Copy the files from the CD to your PC then open up outlook and import them
in out look. File / Import .....

Your subject says "Outlook Express" but the above says "Outlook" They're
not the same thing. Outlook Express is part of Internet Explorer and
probably came with your version of Windows. Outlook is a part of Microsoft
Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.) and may have come preinstalled when
you bought you machine, but is actually a separately licensed product. Which
do you mean? It's different for each.
