outlook express removing incoming files

Recently incoming messages have attached files removed
with the message, 'OE removed access to the following
unsafe files.'

Any ideas how I can stop this.

This newsgroup is for support of Outlook 97-2003 from the Office

these newsgroups:

If those groups aren't carried on the news server that's carrying this group
try using msnews.microsoft.com (MS's public news server that's the source
for all the microsoft.public newsgroups). The links under the newsgroup
references are for use with MS's web newsreader (not exactly the best way to
post but it works for some people)

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to
the SWEN virus, all mail sent to my personal account will be deleted
without reading.

After searching google.groups.com and finding no answer, Graham asked:
